Hot Chocolate

An amazing alternative to your post workout smoothie –  this hot chocolate packs 32 grams of easily digestible protein in one mug!

This recipe uses beef protein. If you haven’t tried it yet, you may feel a little funny about it – but I guarantee you its SO delicious. It’s also an amazing alternative to other protein powders that have a tendency to being allergenic or causing digestive upset (i.e. whey protein, some vegan blends).

Ashwagandha and maca are added for a little adaptogenic touch – as always!

Serves 1



  1. Add water/nut milk, collagen, cacao powder, coconut butter, ashwagandha, and maca to a blender.  Blend on med-high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add Chocolate Swedish Beef Protein, and pulse blender for a couple seconds to combine (do not over process or it may become too frothy)
  3. Pour into mug and enjoy!
