Saida is the founder of The Wellness Refinery, a seasonal smoothie bar, wellness cafe, and lifestyle boutique in Sauble Beach, ON. Inspired by her own healing journey, she created a space that provides a multitude of assets essential to living a whole and beautiful life.
Her personal challenges with mental health, chronic fatigue, and eating disorder recovery are what continuously drive her towards supporting the healing of those around her. These experiences have taught her that the body has an innate ability to heal when we choose to listen, and she is dedicated to inspiring and guiding others on their wellness journeys. She uses a multifaceted and uniquely tailored approach with each client, focusing on functional nutrition, intuitive nourishment, fitness, and mind-body awareness.
She currently works with patients through Health Upgraded – a functional medicine practice catered towards upgrading the health and performance of entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes. She has become an invaluable asset in growing Health Upgraded, and brings her well-rounded approach to the team alongside Dr. Navaz Habib, and fellow CNP, Laura Franklin.
Saida graduated with first class honors from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, earning the designation of Certified Nutritional Practitioner. She is a Life Coach through the Centre for Applied Neuroscience. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer. She has continued her studies by completing certification courses in Clinical Detoxification, Applied Human Endocrinology, and Nutrition and Mental Health.

Olivia is a holistic counsellor who is passionate about health and wellness. She guides clients in integrating emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing utilizing both evidence-based and holistic approaches, including mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, compassion-based therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and healthy lifestyle activation. She creates a safe space in which the client can feel at ease in expressing themselves fully, exploring their inner world, and leaning into acceptance and compassion for themselves and their current situation. She guides clients in striving towards personal growth and wholeness while they connect to their authentic self. For those who are interested, she also offers Reiki energy healing.
In the midst of the current global change and a shift towards a possible “new reality”, it is normal to feel ungrounded, confused, anxious, or lost. We are constantly bombarded with news, conflicting information, and it can feel like sensory overload. During times like this, it can be easy to neglect our own physical and mental self-care. I welcome the opportunity to assist any individual in reorienting and making sense of their current reality while returning to a place of self-love and self-care.
Olivia has her masters degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School and obtained a Specialist degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. For five years, she has worked conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments, as well as counselling, for adults, adolescents, and children and has worked in both clinical and school settings. She has experience in working with clients who are dealing with stress, adjustment-related difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, school-related issues, relational difficulties (including couples), and emotional regulation.
She is also the founder of the Serenità Wellness Retreat, a week-long wellness retreat for women in the Italian countryside. She is passionate about creating a safe and magical space for individuals to experience a deep shift towards rejuvenation and connection in the midst of the richness of Italian culture and culinary traditions. She has curated multiple wellness retreats for women in the heart of Italy, guiding women to connect deeply with nature, themselves, and to form meaningful bonds with each other, all while focusing on self-care and compassion.

As a Registered Practical Nurse and Yoga Teacher, Chelsea works with clients to address health concerns, goals and determine the root cause of health issues.
