Answers to commonly asked questions.

  1. Do you offer free shipping? 
    Yes we do. All orders that are $100 before tax, qualify for free shipping! Though please note, this is only for offers placed within North America. All other orders will be based on location and available rates to your area.

  2. I accidentally selected “Pick-up” at checkout, but my order actually requires shipping! How can I get my order shipped?
    No need to worry! We can just change your order’s delivery option to shipping. We will send you a new invoice to cover the cost of shipping, if applicable. Otherwise, if your order is above $100 before tax, there will be no additional cost to you.

  3. I accidentally selected “Shipping” at checkout, but I’d actually like to pick up my order. Is this possible?
    Absolutely! Please email us at: [email protected] to let us know, and we’ll be happy to switch that for you. Additionally, if you paid for your shipping costs, we’ll refund you for the total amount paid.

  4. I’ve already placed my order but forgot to add something! Is there any way I can do this after the fact?
    Providing we haven’t shipped it yet, absolutely! Just forward your order confirmation email to us at: [email protected] with the headline ‘Order Adjustment’ and we’ll be more than happy to add it in for you.

  5. I need some assistance choosing the right products for me. Is support available for helping guide my purchase?
    Absolutely. If you click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the shop page, you’ll be able to talk with one of our team members directly, who will be able to help guide you in choosing the most suitable products for your needs. Our team consists of nutritional practitioners and herbalists.

  6. I received a coupon code for joining the newsletter community. How can I go about using it?
    Once you hit the check out button in your cart, you’ll be able to enter your discount code. Please note, this discount cannot be used in combination with other offers, and can only be used once.

  7. The product I was hoping for says it’ll be back soon. Wondering how soon it’ll be restocked?
    Email us at: [email protected], and we’d be more than happy to update you on when we’ll be getting more in!

  8. I’ve placed my order, when can I expect my package to arrive?
    We do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible, typically between 1-3 business days. If there’s a delay for any particular reason on our end, we’ll always let you know right away. As for shipping time, this varies based on your location, but you’ll receive notifications every step of the way, including a tracking number, if applicable.

  9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    You bet! From your cart, you can select the gift wrapping option. If only some of the items are being gifted, please clearly indicate which ones in the note box below.

  10. I forgot to use my welcome discount, can you refund me the savings or can I use it next time?
    Unfortunately, we’re not able to retroactively apply discounts to your purchase. However you are more than welcome to use the discount for your next online purchase! Please note that this discount is not applicable in combination with any other discounts.
