DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening to return to the truth and reverence of your heartspace\, deepen into your inner wisdom\, and reconnect with the unseen 🌀 \nThis intimate circle will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony\, guided by Saida Ilaqua\, herbalist\, holistic practitioner and founder of TWR. The cacao we’ll sip together will be lovingly prepared and imbued with vibrational flower essences. Cacao is a gentle yet beautifully powerful plant medicine\, revered for centuries for its heart-opening qualities and its subtle beckoning toward deeper presence and inner awareness. When sipped ceremonially\, it invites us to soften resistance\, ground into the moment\, and begin to traverse the spaces between words. \nFrom there\, we’ll be guided through a rhythmic drum journey by Carrie Lee\, psychospiritual educator\, energy practitioner\, and the heart behind Soul Sigma. Drum journeying is a powerful tool rooted in a long lineage of ceremonial and communal practices among many cultures. In our practice\, we honour these ancestral traditions while moving with an intuitive heart-led flow. The power of the drum lies in the steady beat that mirrors the pulse of the Earth and the rhythm of our own hearts. It becomes a bridge to expanded states of consciousness and inner visioning. Carrie’s 6-ft Unity Drum has been hand-crafted and its unique essence invokes healing and empowerment\, in support of both personal and collective healing. Carrie will also incorporate Zafir Chimes\, percussives and a curated selection of Tibetan bowls to carry you through a vibratory inner journey. This unique experience complements the heart-opening energies of the cacao and together these elements support deep personal inner alchemy.  Allow both the cacao and the instruments to take you into a vibrant self-discovery of your own inner wisdom. \nWe’ll round out our time together with a space for sharing\, grounding and group integration.
